John founded Electric Pen in 1998. John is responsible for turning our clients strategies, competencies and initiatives into communication tools that solve problems, extend brands and position our clients' businesses. He has helped law firms like Foster Pepper and Perkins Coie, public and private companies like Microsoft and Key Professional Media, and organizations such as the Legal Marketing Association create lasting and differentiating business communication tools that achieve objectives.
Although parts of his family have lived in Seattle for generations, John moved to Seattle in 1998 to attend Seattle Pacific University. When not assisting clients you might find him enjoying life with his wife and four children, playing music at his church or helping with his son's cub scout troop. John has a degree in business from Seattle Pacific University.
